Meet your host, Trey House

Trey House is the Managing Partner of Perficio Partners and a certified Scaling Up coach. He works with CEOs and leadership teams at growing mid-market companies.

Before coaching, Trey spent about 10 years on Wall Street after graduating from Cornell. He later led a middle-market company as President and implemented Scaling Up from inside the business.
